Adjustable Theater Chair

Foot is made of CR Deep Draw sheet of the size 330-851.66mm with hole distance of 255mm between two fasteners.

The back frame & base frame are made of C.R. pipe of the size ( 19x 2mm)T.H of ERW tube IS : 30748 1976 grade I. These frames are embedded (not pasted) to P.U. Foam. In precise frames are inbuilt in foam.

The back & base frame supports Zigzag spring for swinging comfort.

Density = 50+ 5kg/m3 jisk 6401

Hardness = Cusion = 120 (+30/-20) Newton,Backrest = 80 (+30/-10) Newton

Base Cushion: LTH = 465x475x130 (in mm)

Backrest: LTH = 690x450x100 (in mm)

The foam must have a depth of 45mm at shoulder area and depth gradually decreases to 15mm at bottom.

P.U foam happens to be the most critical part of the chair, hence it is very important to maintain density, hardness & overall quality of the foam.

Powder Coating:- The frame is well powder coated with prior 7 tank

Phosphating treatment & 70 to 80 microns of powder coating.

Cloth :- Fire retardant cloth with 3mm high density lamination (cost Rs. 200p/mt) The cloth is well pasted with P.U. Foam.

Plastic Cover: - Back foam is covered by special plastic cover made of P.P.C.P material (poly propylene co-polymer).

This 5mm thick P.P.C.P plastic back cover adds to elegance & provides protection from mishandling .

Row numbers & Asile light :- Row no. are well placed on P.P.C.P. cover of base. The side panel should support row no. & asile lights for illumination.

P.U. Handle:- Handles are of P.U. (integral foam) without cup holders. V.I.P. Chairs / Front rows can have special aluminum pressure die casted handle with P.U. Saddles and cup holders. The aluminum handle are well powder coated and colour of the handle should match to the fabric of the chair as decided by architect.

Moving mechanism ;- This chair has synchronous movement of back & base. The mechanism is popularly called scissor mechanism. The sliding movement can be achieved as desired by the customer and space available. (4" to 6"). The base can be manually tip-up.
